We loved staying at this hotel! Everything was wonderful - from their spacious rooms, really good library lounge, and atmospheric hot spring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure that our stay was comfortable. They had a great breakfast selection with lots of local dishes, and the available different dinner options for two days of our stay was a bonus. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, from their discounted tickets for a 30 min stretching session to the complimentary drinks for those who do not request room cleaning. The hotel's location was very close to the ski resorts, making it an ideal place for skiers.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The onsen was a highlight of the weekend. The big, clean, and well-designed hot spring was an absolute joy. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable. the location was fantastic, with easy access to multiple ski fields and the highway exit. The availability of different dinner options during our stay was a welcomed surprise and allowed us to mix things up.
While the hotel had much to offer, the breakfast selection left something to be desired. The buffet had a limited selection of Japanese and Western dishes and was a bit bland.
